What was your experience while using the Salams app?

It’s been absolutely amazing! I was recommended to download the app by a friend of mine because she had success finding her fiancé. I downloaded it and my 3rd swipe was my husband. The App was super easy and well designed for us Muslims

What attracted you to each other's profile?

Looks. We were both Sneaker-heads.

Can you describe your experience of when you met in person?

It was amazing! Riz and I connected immediately as if we have known one another for years. We hung out once and got our families to meet the next, we knew in our hearts that we were meant to me, just needed Salaams app to do the introduction part.

Any advice for other Salams users?

Be patient, have fun and know he/she is out there somewhere searching for you. Just be patient and don’t be afraid to match with people from different states. I’m from Virginia and my husbands from Chicago and it’s been a success moving here
