I found my spouse on Salams. We began speaking in November 2019 and Alhamdulilah met early February of 2020. and decided to tell our parents! Due to the whole COVID 19 situation we had to delay our engagement and wedding date as I live in NYC and Shaheen lives in Canada. We just knew we were the one for each other since we began speaking to each other! And we are both Sri Lankan and have many common interests and are ready to have a future together.
