What was your experience while using the Salams app?

I definitely think Salams app has more people who are more serious about commitment or looking for marriage.

What was it like meeting each other in person?

I think we were waiting to meet to confirm the feeling that “this is it he/she’s the one” & I can assure you, we knew it the moment we saw each other. So much so that we got married 3 months later!

What attracted you to each other's profile?

I almost swiped left because he had the same name as my sister's boyfriend! But I swiped right because “what if”. He swiped right because he saw that I had swiped right with his premium access and messaged me right away.

Our advice to single muslims on Salams is to: take your chances, be funny, be yourself, and don’t play hard to get.
