Zehra & Nabeel

They both swiped right on Minder(Now Salams)! Nabeel lives in Detroit and Zehra in the D.C. area. Because they're both busy working professionals, it was difficult to meet someone and Minder (Now Salams)turned out to be helpful. After Zehra and Nabeel connected, they met up many times in D.C., Detroit, and Pittsburgh, which was halfway between them and realized they had something special. After some back and forth in person and via phone/text, things escalated quickly and seamlessly alhamdulillah. The parents met and loved each other, they had their baat pakki, Nabeel proposed, and they recently got nikkah-ed! When you're busy and working, looking for the right person can be exhausting and they are both so thankful to have found each other alhamdulillah.Their relationship works because they challenge each other (such as double kayaks that really test your relationship), make each other laugh, and both want to leave the world better than how thet found it. Despite the distance, they have been able to make everything work. Zehra and Nabeel share a love and closeness with family and friends that they are excited to continue into marriage
